M.L. Hannay

Mary Lin (M.L.) Hannay, owner and principal of ML Hannay Associates, is a leadership consultant, group facilitator, motivational speaker, and management and staff development trainer. She is also a mother, marathoner, cyclist and adventure-lover! MLHA has been providing customized training and development programs and service to diverse organizations locally and internationally since 1978. ML's clients include technology, health care, finance, federal and state agencies, police departments, community service groups, manufacturing firms, public and private schools and universities, parent groups, insurance companies, and nonprofit agencies. A representative client list can be found at www.mlha.com and indicates ML's very diverse clientele including Tyco,International, Harley-Davidson, American Institute of Banking, Easter Seals, Cigna Healthcare, Nike, Coopers and Lybrand, Hospital Corporation of America, Metropolitan Credit Union, Grinnell Fire Protection, Bottomline Technologies, Greater Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce, NaviPath(CMGI), and Highliner Foods. 96% of all MLHA clients are by referral and 98% is repeat business. M.L. works one on one, coaching individuals, or with large groups--whatever is needed to achieve the unique goals of her clients. Her specialties include customer service, team building, management of change/conflict/communication, and humor in the work place. She is known for her high energy, down-to-earth seminars, her practical approach to improving organizational effectiveness, and her intense commitment to her clients. M.L. received her Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Texas and her Masters degree from The University of New Hampshire. She has advanced graduate training in conflict management, negotiations, organizational development, leadership development, and mediation. Prior to beginning her consulting practice, M.L. was an educator and administrator and held adjunct faculty positions with several colleges and universities. M.L. lives with her family in Portsmouth, New Hampshire where she can be seen running around Newcastle Island in all types of weather, hanging out with her family and dogs, or helping out with various community and school groups. She also continues to teach for the University System of New Hampshire.

Jeanne Bryan

Jeanne Bryan, Project Coordinator (and artist, musician, gypsy and extraordinary visionary), worked as Project Coordinator and Engineering Assistant at high profile companies such as Hewlett Packard, Cabletron Systems, Celestica New England and Data General Corporation before joining MLHA. Jeanne is responsible for running the place: working with clients to set up project designs and assessment projects, trouble-shooting on technical and operational issues, and keeping all systems running smoothly for MLHA clients and associates. Jeanne's high "DC" on the Personal Profile System, our behavioral profiling product, makes her a perfect match for ML's high "Di". While ML brings energy and ideas and constant excitement about new ways to serve clients better, Jeanne is equally strong with her systematic, analytical approach and succeeds in keeping the chaos to an acceptable level!
